Job summary

BD is seeking candidates for the Climbers Leadership Development Program (CLDP), a 2.5-year rotational initiative designed to accelerate future leaders. Participants rotate across Quality, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and more, primarily based in Covington, GA, with select opportunities at other BD UCC locations.

The program emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on impact across five rotations.

Qualifications

• BS or BS/MS in Engineering from a 4-year college (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.).
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Targeted start date in January or June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support across Quality, R&D, Marketing, Operations during rotations.
• Participate in multiple six-month rotations at BD UCC locations.
• Develop leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and project-management skills.
