Job summary

PennEngineering's Rotational Development Program (PRDP) offers an 18‑month, three‑assignment path for new graduates. Two domestic rotations in US sites and one international placement in Ireland, Germany, or Asia provide hands-on experience across multiple engineering domains.

You'll rotate through operations, manufacturing engineering, and project-focused roles, building a global network with leaders across continents.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a BS program in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering.
  • Graduating by May 2027.
  • 0 GPA preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate for each rotation, including international assignment.
  • Must have or be eligible for work authorization to begin full-time work in the United States.
  • Conversational Mandarin is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Get up to speed quickly on a new business or product line.
  • Own projects that matter to the site you're assigned to.
  • Work closely with managers and mentors to sharpen your technical and professional skills.
  • Participate in ongoing development, including webinars and in-person immersions.
