Job summary

C.H. Robinson, a global leader in lean AI supply chains, is seeking high-potential graduates for a 24-month Account Manager program starting Spring/Summer 2027 in Minnesota.

You’ll rotate through customer-facing roles, apply data and AI-enabled insights, and build a foundation in supply chain solutions to own accounts within a year. From day one, you’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional rotations while collaborating on-site four days a week with one remote day,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by summer 2027.
• Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions

Responsibilities

• Develop broad supply chain expertise through structured training and mentorship.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers.
• Own shipment execution end to end, from planning through delivery, using data insights to inform decisions.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in service and cost.
• Participate in customer reviews and identify opportunities such as new lanes or value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams and rotate through key functions.
• Proactively improve processes and drive best practices.
