Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a primary sales representative for assigned communities in Aurora, Colorado, guiding prospective buyers through the new home selection process and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead tours, demonstrate models, and collaborate with Construction, Design, Marketing, and Transactions teams to maintain current information on products, options, timelines, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to 1 year of experience in home sales, real estate, customer service, or related field.
• Experience managing customer interactions and completing sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective homebuyers through home selection and purchase process.
• Conduct community tours, demonstrate model homes and options, answer questions.
• Prospect and generate new sales leads through referrals, events, marketing initiatives, and online platforms.
• Prepare, review, and process accurate sales contracts and documentation in compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead progression, and contract activity in CRM.
