TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Rotating Equipment Superintendent to lead field teams on major power generation projects. You will oversee installation, alignment, and turnover of rotating and centerline equipment, coordinating with management, engineering, QC, OEMs, and field reps toward on-time, safe, and compliant project execution.

Ideal candidates will have hands‑on millwright expertise, strong alignment and rigging knowledge, and a proven track record leading foremen and craft

Qualifications

• 5+ years of precision millwright and/or rotating equipment experience.
• 3+ years in a Foreman/General Foreman/Superintendent or equivalent field leadership role on power generation projects.
• Experience with major rotating equipment installation and OEM requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide field leadership for installation, assembly, alignment, and execution of rotating and centerline equipment.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and supervise field operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Direct and support millwrights and craft personnel responsible for rotating equipment installation.
• Coordinate with superintendents, disciplines, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure efficient work sequencing and interfaces.
• Interface with OEMs and Technical Field Representatives during installation, alignment, testing, and turnover.
• Ensure installation complies with drawings, specs, erection manuals, and tolerances.
• Oversee alignment activities and use of instrumentation and tooling.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, progress, and field conditions.
• Escalate workforce conflicts and field issues to project management as needed.
• Support completion, turnover, and commissioning activities as required.
