Zusammenfassung
TIC is seeking a Rotating Equipment Superintendent to lead field installation, alignment, and turnover of major rotating machinery on power generation projects. You will oversee foremen, millwrights, and craft personnel, coordinating with project teams, OEMs, and Technical Field Representatives.
Excellent hands-on knowledge of millwright work, alignment, rigging, and OEM installation requirements is essential.
Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of experience in precision millwright and/or rotating equipment scopes.
- 3+ years in a Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, or similar leadership role on power projects.
- Experience with major OEM equipment (Mitsubishi, GE, Siemens, Alstom) preferred.
Aufgaben
- Provide field leadership for installation, alignment, and execution of rotating equipment.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise field operations to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
- Coordinate with superintendents, disciplines, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Interface with OEM reps and Technical Field Representatives during installation and turnover.
- Ensure equipment installed per drawings, specs, and manufacturer tolerances.
- Oversee precision alignment and use of instrumentation and tools.
- Maintain documentation of manpower, progress, and equipment issues.
- Manage field interfaces and resolve installation conflicts with stakeholders.
- Travel and relocate to project locations as required.
