Job summary

TIC Power is seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Superintendent for high-profile power generation projects. You will oversee installation, alignment, and turnover of major rotating equipment, coordinating with project management, engineering, and OEMs.

This role requires hands-on millwright expertise and the ability to lead General Foremen, Foremen, and craft teams in a dynamic field setting. Travel to various project locations is required; strong knowledge of alignment, rigging, and OEM

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in precision millwright and/or rotating equipment scopes.
• 3+ years in Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, or comparable field leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership for installation, assembly, alignment, and execution of rotating equipment on power projects.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and supervise field operations to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule goals.
• Direct and support millwrights and craft personnel responsible for rotating equipment installation.
• Coordinate with OEMs, project teams and QA/engineering during installation, alignment, testing and turnover.
• Ensure equipment installation complies with drawings, specs, manuals and tolerances.
• Maintain comprehensive daily records of manpower, progress and field conditions.
