Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Rotating Equipment Mechanical Engineer to manage rotating equipment at our plant. This role reports to the Reliability and Performance Manager and collaborates across departments to monitor condition and plan improvements in plant performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include leading projects, root cause analysis, outage planning, and equipment health tracking while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in steam power plant operations.
• Steam turbine experience preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and mechanical systems.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related software.
• Experience with OSIsoft PI, AutoCAD, Intertek AWARE, Maximo, Emerson Ovation, TapRoot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and handle stress.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance across departments on processes, repairs, and projects.
• Lead and assist project execution to meet budget and schedule.
• Coordinate contractors for testing and maintenance.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment health and plant performance; read blueprints and reports.
• Support outages with planning and scope management.
• Maintain backlog of Work Orders and compliance with permits.
• Contribute to 5-year budget development for areas of expertise.
