Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineering registration highly preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant industrial mechanical engineering experience.
• Knowledge of piping materials and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Rotating equipment SME—equipment evaluation, performance monitoring, maintenance repair support.
• Analyze equipment reliability performance and develop improvement strategies with Maintenance/Operations.
• Support scheduled turnarounds and unplanned unit shutdowns.
• Assist operations with day-to-day equipment troubleshooting.
• Review and modify preventative maintenance tasks in CMMS for rotating equipment.
• Lead equipment failure investigations with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
• Develop repair timelines for critical equipment during routine and major maintenance.
• Represent maintenance/reliability at project kickoff meetings and communicate impacts.
