Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years in steam power plant operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
• Experience with mechanical systems and equipment such as turbines, pumps, valves, piping.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to other departments on processes, repairs, and projects.
• Assist in project evaluation and material procurement.
• Lead execution to maintain budget and schedule.
• Coordinate contractors for testing and maintenance.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support outages planning and execution.
• Maintain equipment health through performance meetings and trend analysis.
