Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Rotating Equipment Mechanical Engineer to manage rotating equipment at the plant. The role reports to the Reliability and Performance Manager and works with all departments to monitor equipment condition, plan projects, and improve reliability.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in mechanical engineering, at least 5 years in steam power plant operations, and hands-on experience with turbine, pumps, valves, and related software like AutoCAD and Maximo.

Qualifikationen

• A Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in steam power plant operations.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with common software: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with AutoCAD, OSIsoft PI, Maximo, etc.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical guidance to departments on processes, repairs, and projects.
• Assist in development of projects and evaluation of proposals for material supply and installation.
• Lead project execution to maintain budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate contractors for testing and maintenance.
• Participate in station programs and safety initiatives.
• Lead root-cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor reliability and performance of equipment and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Support outages by planning and executing scope within time/budget.
• Develop and manage Management of Change (MOC) assignments.
• Assist in 5-year budget development for areas of expertise.
• Interpret PdM data with maintenance teams to drive corrective actions.
• Document outages and development for assigned equipment.
• Track equipment health via weekly performance meetings and trend analysis.
