Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience with rotating equipment in industrial facilities.
• Strong expertise with compressors and rotating equipment.
• Experience supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, not large capital projects.
• SAP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for rotating equipment including compressors, pumps, turbines, and systems.
• Troubleshoot reliability and performance issues; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to improve availability and plant performance.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs for rotating equipment.
• Lead investigations and root cause analyses of equipment failures.
• Monitor equipment health and analyze performance data to suggest improvements.
• Manage multiple equipment projects while maintaining operational priorities.
• Develop maintenance strategies and improvement plans.
• Utilize SAP for maintenance management, work orders, and equipment history reviews.
• Guide repairs, outages, and maintenance activities.
