Job summary

Belcan is seeking a Rotating Equipment Planner in Baytown, TX to plan and coordinate maintenance for critical rotating equipment such as pumps, turbines, and motors. The role focuses on detailing work plans, coordinating with crews, and ensuring reliability with RBWS-based scheduling.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in heavy industrial maintenance, familiarity with SAP-PM and Prometheus, and a track record of minimizing downtime through precise planning and preventive maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience planning for rotating equipment and towers.
• Ability to develop detailed work plans with man-hour estimates.
• Familiarity with vibration analysis and alignments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan detailed work plans for rotating equipment maintenance.
• Apply knowledge of tolerances and failure modes to maintenance strategies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and Bills of Materials.
• Coordinate with resources to minimize production disruption.
• Create and maintain detailed work instructions and safety guidance.
• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance plans and vibration programs.
• Review and purge backlog weekly and communicate issues.
