Cordant from Baker Hughes is seeking a Rotating Equipment Engineer to diagnose vibration issues, perform rotordynamic analysis, and provide on-site technical service across oil & gas, chemicals, and power. Travel up to 70% and overtime are common.

You will mentor field engineers, support outages, and collaborate with sales and engineering to identify opportunities. A mechanical/electrical engineering degree and hands-on experience with rotating machinery are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Experience with rotating machinery vibration or diagnostics is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and work offshore when needed.

Responsabilités

• Travel to customer sites for machinery diagnostics and rotating equipment focus on vibration analysis.
• Provide advanced technical support and root cause analysis for turbines, compressors, pumps, and generators.
• Mentor and support the development of field service engineers.
• Support outages, turnarounds, startups, and maintenance events.
• Prepare reports documenting findings and recommendations.
