Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking a Rope Access II Technician to support Fall TAR work.

The role is an intermediate level position responsible for executing rope access duties safely under the guidance of a Level III Technician, with emphasis on IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 standards. You will plan and perform rope access operations, maintain equipment, complete detailed inspection reports, assist in rigging and rescue planning, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Certified rope access technician with Level 2 credentials or ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced rope access work at heights following IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 standards.
• Plan and implement rope access systems for varied work scenarios.
• Maintain rope access equipment and report safety concerns.
• Demonstrate Rope Access Level 2 skills and knowledge.
• Establish safe techniques for object examination and inspections.
• Conduct specialized inspections and complete detailed work reports.
• Assist in rigging and rescue plans under Level 3 supervision.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary trade specialists.
• Identify area and task hazards and communicate them to Level III.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
