Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking an intermediate Rope Access Level II Technician to perform advanced rope access tasks safely and efficiently under supervision of Level III, with emphasis on IRATA/SPRAT standards and detailed inspection reports.

The role requires travel, strong safety discipline, ability to work at heights over 100 feet, rigorous attention to detail, and teamwork across disciplines; applicants must hold a Level 2 certification or be able to obtain it.

Qualifications

• SPRAT/IRATA Level 2 certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1000 documented hours IRATA or 500 in SPRAT within 12 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced rope access work at heights per IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 standards.
• Plan and implement rope access systems for various scenarios.
• Maintain rope access equipment and report safety concerns.
• Demonstrate Level 2 rope access techniques and knowledge.
• Examine objects under inspection with safety compliance.
• Prepare detailed work reports on inspection results.
• Assist with rigging and rescue plans under Level 3 supervision.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Identify hazards and communicate to Level III Technician.
