Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Rope Access Level III Inspector to lead field operations and advanced inspections in heavy industrial environments. You will supervise rigging, oversee access and descent, and mentor junior rope access crew while ensuring strict safety compliance.

The role requires multi-discipline inspection certifications and a track record of managing rope access scopes in refineries, petrochemical plants, or related facilities. Travel and site-based work are expected.

Qualifications

• Rope access Level III certified with field leadership experience.
• Experience supervising rope access crews in heavy industrial plants.
• Strong rigging, rescue planning and safety-marshal capabilities.
• Familiarity with SPRAT/IRATA guidelines and OSHA rules.
• Proven ability to mentor junior rope access personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all rigging, access, and descent activities per SPRAT/IRATA Level III.
• Perform complex inspections at height or in confined spaces using rope access.
• Lead daily safety briefings, rescue planning, and job hazard analysis.
• Supervise Level I/II rope access personnel and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate access plans and inspection deliverables with project teams.
• Install rope systems, anchors, lifelines, and define safety zones.
• Participate in and lead rescue scenarios; maintain rescue gear.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, SPRAT/IRATA, and TEAM safety protocols.
• Review inspection data and provide QA/QC oversight.
