Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Rope Access Level III Inspector to lead rope access operations and perform advanced inspections in industrial settings.

You will supervise rigging, plan rescues, and mentor junior rope access personnel, ensuring adherence to SPRAT/IRATA standards and safety policies. The role requires multi‑discipline inspections and field leadership in refineries, petrochemical plants, and heavy industrial environments.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA Level III certification in good standing.
• 3–5+ years of field experience in industrial rope access operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in rigging, planning, and supervision.
• Familiarity with industrial plant configurations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site rope access team, overseeing rigging, access, and descent/ascent per SPRAT/IRATA Level III standards.
• Perform complex inspections in elevated or confined spaces using rope access techniques.
• Lead daily safety briefings, rescue planning, and job hazard analyses.
• Supervise and mentor Level I/II rope access personnel; enforce safe work practices.
• Coordinate access plans and inspection deliverables with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.
• Install rope systems, anchors, lifelines, and safety zones per standards; ensure gear is maintained.
• Lead rescue scenarios and ensure rescue equipment is ready for deployment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, SPRAT/IRATA, and TEAM safety protocols.
