Job summary

Acuren is seeking Rope Access II Technicians to support Fall TAR work. This intermediate role performs Level II rope access duties safely under the guidance of a Level III Technician.

Ideal candidates hold SPRAT/IRATA Level 2 certification with required hour thresholds, are physically fit for high elevations, and can travel as needed. The job demands strict safety compliance and accurate reporting in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Requires SPRAT/IRATA Level 2 rope access certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1000 IRATA hours in 12 months or 500 SPRAT hours in 12 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced rope access work at heights using IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 standards.
• Plan and implement rope access systems for various scenarios.
• Maintain rope access equipment and report safety concerns.
• Assist in rigging and rescue plans under supervision of Level 3 Technician.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary trade specialists and communicate hazards.
