Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. seeks a Rope Access Technician Level II for local work in New Castle, DE. This intermediate role performs rope access tasks per IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 standards, with travel and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include planning systems, equipment maintenance, detailed reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and compliance. A current Level 2 certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current SPRAT/IRATA Level 2 Rope Access Certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1000 IRATA hours in 12 months or 500 SPRAT hours in 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced rope access work at heights using IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 standards.
• Plan and implement rope access systems for various work scenarios.
• Maintain rope access equipment and report safety concerns.
• Demonstrate skills of Rope Access Technician Level 2.
• Assist in rigging and rescue plans under supervision.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Identify hazards and communicate them to supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.
