Greater Cleveland Food Bank is seeking a Root Cause Coordinator for Workforce and Resource Navigation to help neighbors access food programs and related resources in the service area. The role focuses on workforce and stabilizing programs, building partnerships, and tracking outcomes to improve economic stability.

The position requires knowledge of wrap-around service models, strong data tracking with CAP60, and collaboration with internal staff and external partners to connect eligible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in executing case management services.
• Knowledge of public benefits, financial literacy, workforce initiatives, and housing stability principles.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to connect neighbors to workforce-related organizations.
• Receive and respond to referrals from GCFB team members.
• Complete resource screenings and connect households to wrap-around services.
• Assist households in creating goals and supporting career development.
• Track progress and document interventions in CAP60; compile data for grants and reporting.
