Job summary

WCAC’s Resiliency Center offers programming to educate, empower, and connect people to resources and opportunities to support their goals. We are seeking a Community Resource Navigator to assist individuals and families with navigation through public benefit eligibility and connection to needed community resources.

You will work with the Resiliency Center team, including the Financial Empowerment Director and Coaches, to promote access to basic needs and economic mobility, and report to the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HiSet required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience in social/human services or related fields.
• Knowledge of Central Massachusetts area resources preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn program eligibilities and community resources.
• Ability to work collaboratively with participants, staff, and partners.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual ability preferred.
