The role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to work independently, with duties including data tracking and collaboration across counties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred associates degree.
• Experience in administrative support, customer service or human services is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with mission focus.
• Proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide multilingual, client-centered assistance to individuals seeking help.
• Assist families with resources and supplies.
• Respond to referrals and collaborate with community partners.
• Track usage and family statistics; maintain grant and pantry compliance.
• Handle documentation and program forms as directed; participate in trainings.
