Greater Cleveland Food Bank in Cleveland is seeking a Root Cause Coordinator for Workforce and Resource Navigation to assist neighbors in accessing food programs and related resources within the service area. The role focuses on workforce development, wrap-around services, and community partnerships to promote economic stability.

The position requires knowledge of program operations, strong data tracking, and the ability to engage diverse community members in training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Minimum four years of case management experience.
• Knowledge of public benefits, financial literacy, workforce initiatives, and housing stability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a diverse team and solve problems.
• Proficiency with Windows software; CAP60 knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to connect neighbors to workforce-related resources.
• Process referrals from GCFB team members.
• Perform resource screenings and connect to wrap-around services.
• Assist households in setting goals and financial literacy, housing stability, and career development.
• Track progress and enter data for grants and program improvements.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and employers.
• Coordinate with CRC partners to track outcomes and improve food security.
• Assist with program materials and host job/resource fairs.
