Hyatt Regency Baytown is seeking a motivated Rooms Supervisor to support Front Office and Housekeeping operations. This role leads daily activities, coaches team members, resolves guest concerns and ensures guest rooms and public areas meet the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory hotel experience with strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with hotel systems, PMS, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stay composed and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate seamless guest arrivals, stays and departures across departments.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and brand standards.
• Monitor room readiness and maximize room availability.
• Support training and development of Front Office and Housekeeping staff.
• Communicate priorities through shift briefings and brief teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management and productivity goals.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvement actions.
• Participate in VIP arrivals and hotel-wide initiatives.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
