Job summary

HRI Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Residence Inn Houston Westchase. You will supervise daily housekeeping operations, train staff, and ensure brand standards are met across guest rooms and public areas.

The role requires at least 1 year in hotel housekeeping, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with PMS software. This on-site position offers opportunities to lead a team and uphold safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality coursework or certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with housekeeping software or PMS systems (HotSOS, OnQ, Opera) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ensure carts, closets, and supply rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor productivity and assist with scheduling and labor management.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, assignments, and supply usage.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
