Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences daily. You will ensure rooms meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards and support and develop housekeeping colleagues across shifts.

The role involves assisting with interviewing, training, and performance conversations, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating daily operations to keep the department running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hotel experience.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
