Hotel Fera, a DoubleTree by Hilton, in Orange County, offers a Rooms Division Manager in Training program to develop future leaders through hands-on operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry and more.

SPIRE Hospitality manages the program, with a comprehensive benefits package and exposure to financial management, service excellence and team leadership to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel and Restaurant Certification preferred.
• 2+ years guest services and supervisory experience in hotels preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills for financial reporting.
• Analytical skills for reservations and guest resolutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Hotel PEP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a structured leadership development program across Rooms Division operations.
• Learn and support daily Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Laundry and related operations.
• Assist department leaders to maintain efficiency, service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Perform operational walkthroughs, room inspections, audits and service evaluations.
• Monitor guest service metrics and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Review guest feedback and reviews to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support guest recovery efforts and service resolution processes.
• Coach and mentor associates; develop leadership through projects.
