Job summary

Qualifications

• College education preferred.
• Previous supervisory/management experience in a resort operation is required.
• Experience with property management systems, such as Opera, is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the Rooms Division, including Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Maintain a team environment focused on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop strategic initiatives related to revenue enhancement and cost containment.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure service standards and training.
• Monitor labor, budgets, and schedules for Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Lead executive committee engagement and communication across departments.
