Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas is seeking a Director of Rooms to provide strategic leadership for Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and maximizing financial performance while developing high-performing teams and upholding brand standards.

The successful candidate will lead Rooms Division operations, coach department leaders, manage budgets and labor, and collaborate across departments

• 5–7 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.

The Director of Rooms will provide strategic leadership for all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, maximizing financial performance, and developing high-performing teams while ensuring brand standards are consistently achieved.

• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Hospitality certifications are a plus.
