Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas is seeking a Director of Rooms to provide strategic leadership for Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing financial performance.

You will develop and coach department leaders, recruit top talent, analyze performance, and ensure brand standards and safety compliance across all rooms divisions. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Experience leading Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Proven success managing budgets and labor costs.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive service quality.
• Develop and coach department leaders and recruit top talent.
• Analyze performance and implement improvements across rooms operations.
• Manage departmental budgets and labor to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure brand standards and safety compliance across all rooms divisions.
• Partner across departments to optimize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork; perform other duties as assigned.
