Highgate Hotels seeks aRooms Controller for Park Lane New York. This full-time role focuses on balancing room inventory, managing upsell opportunities, and coordinating with Front Office, Revenue, and Finance to ensure accurate guest billings and exceptional guest experiences.

The position engages with OTA channels, group bookings, and interdepartmental collaboration to optimize occupancy and revenue, while delivering Hyatt-standard guest satisfaction and brand quality across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in a large hotel environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily room inventory across transient, group, and contracted business.
• Manage the Nor1 upsell platform and support yield strategies.
• Review guest satisfaction surveys and drive service improvements across departments.
• Manage OTA extranets and respond promptly to inquiries and issues.
• Manage group blocks from loading to departure and coordinate with Sales/Revenue.
• Route and reconcile folios and billing with Finance.
• Support front office leadership during high-occupancy periods and peak days.
• Coordinate daily with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth guest experiences.
