Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Rooms Controller in the United States to support Owners and guests with room assignments, check-in coordination, and late-check requests, while upholding service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assigns a room according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.
• Reviews/Tracks/Accommodates requests for room/check-out changes when possible.
• Performs duplicate reservation checks; block rooms.
• Confirms reservations and cancellations.
• Communicates to appropriate staff that there are guests who are waiting for an available room.
• Organizes and coordinates check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups.
• Reviews requests for late check-outs and approves according to occupancy.
