Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, verify identity, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Accommodate guest requests and follow up to ensure requests are met.
• Compile and review daily reports and logs.
• Answer and record guest calls and concerns.
• Secure valid payment forms before issuing room keys.
