Hyatt Vacation Club in Sedona, AZ is hiring a Rooms Controller to assist in delivering memorable guest experiences. The role involves assigning rooms per guest requests, handling check-in procedures, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Responsibilities

• Assigns a room according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.
• Reviews/Tracks/Accommodates requests for room/check-out changes when possible.
• Performs duplicate reservation checks; block rooms.
• Confirms reservations and cancellations.
• Communicates to appropriate staff that there are guests who are waiting for an available room.
• Organizes and coordinates check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups.
• Reviews requests for late check-outs and approves according to occupancy.

As a Rooms Controller, a Typical Day Will Include

• Assigns a room according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.
• Reviews/Tracks/Accommodates requests for room/check-out changes when possible.

To Become a Rooms Controller At HVC

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 10lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
