Hyatt Vacation Club at Pinon Pointe in Sedona, AZ is seeking a Rooms Controller to help Owners and guests create memorable vacation moments with care and inclusivity.

This full-time role requires first/second shifts and availability on weekends and holidays, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision and 401K, travel discounts, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assigns a room according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.
• Reviews/Tracks/Accommodates requests for room/check-out changes when possible.
• Performs duplicate reservation checks; block rooms.
• Confirms reservations and cancellations.
• Communicates to appropriate staff that there are guests who are waiting for an available room.
• Organizes and coordinates check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups.
• Reviews requests for late check-outs and approves according to occupancy.

As a Rooms Controller, a typical day will include:

• Assigns a room according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.

• Reviews/Tracks/Accommodates requests for room/check-out changes when possible.

• Performs duplicate reservation checks; block rooms.

To Become a Rooms Controller at HVC:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

Physical Requirements:

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 10lbs without assistance.

• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
