Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking a Room Service Supervisor to lead the room service team on property. The role focuses on courteous, efficient, and unobtrusive guest service while supporting the Room Service Manager in daily operations.

The supervisor will train staff, monitor orders, and ensure flawless presentation and delivery of amenities, while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• F&B experience in fine dining or hotel; room service preferred.
• TIPS and food safety certification required; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room service staff to ensure courteous, efficient service.
• Assist Manager in training staff.
• Check orders, setup, and service execution.
• Maintain guest contact and hospitality standards.
• Conduct administrative work and scheduling.
• Ensure safe, clean work area and adherence to safety.
