Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage supervision or management role preferred.
• Virginia Food Handlers and VABC certifications required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Cash handling and prior serving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cost and par controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regular attendance per Omni scheduling needs.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, safety, cleanliness and guest well-being.
• Maintain menus knowledge and beverage offerings.
• Ensure staff complete side work checklists.
• Monitor liquor pars and order daily supplies.
• Manage bar controls, safety and standards.
• Hold pre-shift meetings and monthly training requirements.
• Handle guest comments and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with guests and collect feedback.
• Stay on the floor during peak hours to motivate the team.
• Observe and coach staff to deliver professional service.
• Collaborate with culinary team for smooth service.
• Assist in scheduling and forecasting weekly/monthly.
• Participate in interviewing/recruiting as needed.
• Assist in MOS audits and maintenance requests.
• Maintain knowledge of resort property and events.
• Participate in department meetings and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
