Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking a dining room server to provide exceptional guest service across the restaurant, delivering wine and meals with poise and attentiveness. You will work to ensure every guest leaves satisfied, with strong knowledge of the menu and smooth coordination with kitchen and bar staff.

Expected to uphold fine dining standards, maintain a spotless station, and demonstrate punctuality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Fine dining or steak house experience preferred.
• Must have Food Handlers and TABC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Servicing all guests in the dining room to deliver the best possible experience.
• Comply with attendance, punctuality, and uniform standards.
• Set up the entire restaurant and ensure readiness for service.
• Understand bussing standards and menu thoroughly.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and timely to tables.
• Be friendly and helpful with guests, using surnames where possible.
• Maintain food handling standards and sanitary conditions.
• Run food to all sections of the restaurant and bar.
• Complete all duties before clocking out.
• Inspect and maintain a spotless, immaculate station and dining area.
• Handle station setup and breakdown/side-work.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
