Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Service Server to set up, deliver, and retrieve food and beverage orders to guest rooms and suites. You will also handle VIP amenities, ensure guest satisfaction, and follow sustainability and safety guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior food service experience preferred. Schedule includes holidays and weekends; standing for long periods and light lifting are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve food and beverage trays.
• Set up and deliver VIP amenities.
• Service hospitality suites per banquet event orders and policies.
• Adhere to liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages.
• Complete shift side work per operating policies and procedures.
• Respond to customer needs, issues and comments to ensure quality experience and drive future sales.
• Report communications to the shift supervisor.
• Perform cash handling per company policies.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Observe MSDS and OSHA safety standards and perform other duties as requested.
