HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Room Service Team member to ensure a positive guest experience by delivering and setup of food and beverage items, VIP amenities, and attentive service.

The role involves serving hotel guests, maintaining sanitation, and supporting the Room Service team in accordance with company standards and event orders. This position requires physical duties and reliable attendance, with opportunities to contribute to a leading hospitality team.

Qualificações

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry, or move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 100 lbs., with/without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and deliver all room service orders to guests.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve food/beverage trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up and deliver VIP amenities.
• Serve hospitality suites per Banquet Event Orders and policies.
• Complete shift side work as required by operating policies.
