Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or food service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests.
• Ability to handle cash and follow cash-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders to guests per standards.
• Conduct floor sweeps and collect trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up VIP amenities and service hospitality suites as required.
• Complete shift side work per hotel policies and procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and address issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Perform cash handling duties according to company policy and maintain attendance.
