Midland-Health-2 is seeking a Lead Room Service Representative to provide the highest quality patient meal service and supervise room service staff. You will ensure meals are presentable, accurate, and delivered timely while adhering to HACCP and hospital policies.

The role requires leadership in coordinating expeditors, floor stockers, and attendants and communicating effectively with patients and staff. Full-time shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with responsibilities including training, audits,

Competenze

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous supervisor experience, preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervises all Room Service Representatives, Expediters, Floor Stocker, and Dish Room Attendants’ activities.
• Communicates effectively with employees, patients, and family members.
• Maintains records for financial and quality control monitors.
• Takes temperatures of food items and conducts tray counts and audits.
• Holds pre-service meetings and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Ensures timely tray printing and delivery of patient meals.
• Trains room service staff and knows all diets.
• Documents incidents and reports them to supervisor.
• Adheres to department and hospital policies.
