Job summary

Midland-Health-2 is seeking a Retail Supervisor for the hospital café/retail foodservice area. You will oversee front-of-house staff, production for breakfast, and coordinate with the campus culinary team to maintain high-quality food and service.

You will enforce food safety standards, respond to guest feedback, and promote a welcoming café environment in a healthcare setting. Experience in supervision and ServSafe is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of food service supervision is preferred.
• ServSafe Manager Certification and allergen awareness training are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cashiers follow cash handling and reporting policies and balance deposits as per policy.
• Supervise FMHOC staff, coordinate training, and ensure café/menu standards are met by the team.
• Ensure café is ready to open at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled times for pre-meal checks.
