Qualifications

• Demonstrated high standard of customer service skills, self-motivation, problem solving, time management and motivational skills.
• Work Experience in retail food service operations and leadership is expected.
• Cash handling and POS troubleshooting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the department, including staffing, scheduling, training, customer satisfaction and cash management.
• Ensure sanitation and stocking of supplies, proper food handling, stock rotation and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure daily cleaning of all retail service areas.
• Assist in monthly reports, attend departmental meetings, and participate in developing department goals and objectives.
• Cover the department in the absence of management and communicate issues to management.
• Assist in developing policies, procedures and departmental practices.
• Maintain hospital standards by participating in in-services and committees; follow dress code and appearance standards.
