Job summary

Naples Grande Beach Resort is seeking a Room Service Server to join our team. You will take guests' orders by phone, deliver food and beverages to rooms, and ensure accurate orders with timely service.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in food service, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and strong communication skills to create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with menus, ingredients, and preparation methods for each dish.
• Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
• Submit signed checks and reconcile daily sales.
• Assist with collecting room service trays and breakdown of items.
• Maintain standards of proper service etiquette and cleanliness.
