Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a dedicated Food & Beverage room service associate to deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will be part of the opening team and ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders to guest rooms and service areas.

The role requires clear English communication, a minimum of 1 year in food service, and a commitment to hospitality excellence within a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Minimum of 1 year in food service or related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the opening team.
• Deliver food orders to the guest in-room or at service areas with accuracy and timeliness.
• Greet guests and describe menu items with vivid descriptions of origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Breakdown, clean and set up room service tables and stations; use mobile tech to update orders.
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and address concerns promptly.
• Close guest checks accurately and secure payment information.
• Follow Four Seasons’ work rules and collaborate with team members.
