The Laura Hotel, part of HEI Hotels and Resorts, invites you to join our Room Service Team in Houston. You will help deliver food and beverage orders, ensure high-quality guest experiences, and uphold sanitation standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Formación

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and carry items on a cart.
• Ability to transport trays weighing up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders according to guidelines.
• Perform floor sweeps and collect trays to maintain sanitation.
• Serve VIP amenities and hotel suites per policies.
• Complete all shift side work per operating policies.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure quality experiences.
