The Laura Hotel in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Room Service Server to join our on-site team. You will set up and deliver food and beverage orders, respond to guest needs, and maintain hygiene standards across service areas.

Qualified candidates will have strong guest service skills, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Flexibility in schedule is required, and previous hotel experience is preferred. Benefits included as part of HEI’s culture.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with guidelines.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up VIP amenities and service hospitality suites per policies.
• Complete shift side work as outlined by operating policies.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure a quality experience.
• Perform cash handling tasks per company procedures and attend shifts regularly.
