Winter Park Resort is seeking a Room Inspector to oversee housekeeping quality and training, ensuring clean, orderly and attractive lodging for guests. The role collaborates with the Manager of Housekeeping to coach staff, enforce SOPs, and uphold safety and health standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting facilities, documenting findings, and supporting front desk communications on guest requests, early check-ins, and room moves.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; moderate computer functionality preferred.
• Experience with property management or hotel housekeeping systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Train and coach housekeeping staff under the Manager of Housekeeping.
• Inspect facilities to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, safety, and guest service standards.
• Communicate effectively with Front Desk regarding guest requests and room moves.
• Perform room attendant duties as needed and assist with seasonal deep cleans.
